Items listed as "pre-order" or "made to order" will be shipped as soon as it is available. Please note that if any part of your order contains a "pre-order" or "made to order" item, we will wait until your entire order is available before shipping. The estimated ship time should be listed on the product page.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Any orders outside of Canada may incur brokerage fees, import taxes, or duties. These fees are set by the local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse your order, or your order is returned to sender without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes.

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancellation requests. We do not offer price adjustments.
Once your order is shipped, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your shipping carrier for more information.
